Yes — the SPFZ25 is purpose-designed for portable mobile cold-chain applications, supports −20 °C to −27 °C, and includes vehicle DC power compatibility and locking/travel-trolley features suited to mobile vaccine/sample workflows.
What daily best-practice steps should be followed for operation?
Use a calibrated data logger placed inside at mid-shelf height; ensure inventory is clearly labelled and secured; avoid over-filling which may hinder air circulation; minimize lid open time especially during transport; and record internal temperature min/max readings each day of use or transport.
What routine maintenance is recommended?
Inspect power cord and connections (vehicle and AC) regularly; verify temperature display and digital controller monthly; check that the locking lid and handles remain secure; ensure vents remain unobstructed and that transport trolley or securing system is in safe condition.
What should be done in the event of a temperature excursion or alarm?
Document the time, deviation and which contents were affected; if required relocate items to approved backup storage; identify and correct root cause (improper securing, power interruption, transport vibration); restore temperature to target range before proceeding; log corrective actions according to mobile clinic protocol.
