Shipping FAQ
At Summit Surgical Tech, we strive to provide the best service and the most competitive prices. Due to the size of many of our products, most require freight shipping. Below are a few key questions and explanations we will go over to ensure we provide the best shipping cost for our customers.
Do you have a loading dock for delivery or do you need a lift gate?
Loading Dock — consist of the delivery truck backing up to a loading dock to unload the unit.
Lift gate Only to sidewalk — consists of the shipping company delivering the unit via standard ground with a lift gate to lower the unit down to the ground only. The staff will then be responsible for bringing the unit inside and setting it up.
Do you have personal to bring the unit inside or do you need White Glove Service?
Inside Threshold — consists of lift gate delivery and delivering the unit inside the building only.
White Glove Service — consist of standard ground delivery with alift gate to lower the unit down to the ground, inside delivery to room of your choice, unpack with trash removal. Staff only responsibility is just plugging the unit in.
