Product FAQ
Why is the stainless steel construction important?
The full stainless steel interior and exterior provide the highest level of durability and ease of sanitation. This is critical for clinical and laboratory settings that demand rigorous cleaning protocols to prevent cross-contamination.
What makes this unit ideal for vaccine and pharmacy storage?
This unit is purpose-built for high-stakes medical storage. It includes microprocessor-controlled temperature management, a data-logging system, and audible/visual alarms to ensure vaccines and pharmaceuticals remain within their required temperature bands.
What is the operating temperature range?
The refrigerator is engineered to maintain a stable, uniform environment specifically for clinical products, typically between 2°C and 8°C.
What kind of warranty is included?
It comes with a standard two-year parts and labor warranty, plus an additional five-year compressor parts warranty to ensure long-term, reliable operation in a medical environment.
Shipping FAQ
How is this upright medical refrigerator shipped?
Due to its size and delicate electronic components, this unit is shipped via dedicated LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight, secured on a pallet to ensure it arrives in perfect working order.
Do I need liftgate service?
If your facility does not have a loading dock capable of receiving an 18-wheeler truck, yes, liftgate service is essential to safely lower the unit to the ground level.
What should I inspect upon arrival?
Before signing the delivery receipt, you must thoroughly inspect the exterior packaging and the unit itself (especially the door seals and cooling system) for any signs of shipping damage.
What are the post-delivery setup steps?
To prevent damage to the compressor, you must allow the refrigerator to sit upright in its final location for at least 24 hours to let all fluids settle before powering it on for the first time.
