ABS PH-ABT-NSF-UCBI-0404G-ADA-LH Vaccine Refrigerator
These premier ABS PH-ABT-NSF-UCBI-0404G-ADA-LH Vaccine Refrigerator are designed in accordance with the NSF/ANSI 456 Standard for Vaccine Storage. Refrigerators protect pharmaceuticals at optimal temperatures, preventing waste and allowing for peak delivery.
The glass door refrigerators utilize microprocessor controllers and feature temperature alarms, remote alarm contacts, LED interior lighting, and probe access ports with included probes. American Biotech Supply Vaccine Storage Refrigerators utilize HFC-free refrigerant for environmental health and energy efficiency.
The acceptable temperature ranges for vaccine storage are 36°F to 46°F (or 2°C and 8°C) in the refrigerator and -58°F and 5°F (or -50°C and -15°C) in freezers.
*-one or more of these certifications may apply to this unit.

Performance data acquired at 22°c ambient, using nsf/ansi 456 compliant validation ballast probes, empty chamber, during stabilized steady state operation and a daq sampling rate of one measurement every 10 seconds
Uniformity is defined as the maximum variance in temperature across all probes at any point in time over the testing period
Stability is defined as the maximum variance in temperature experienced by any single probe over the testing period
Temperature performance for all loaded and unloaded door opening protocols, all alarm, controller and probe requirements as defined in the nsf/ansi 456 standard for vaccine storage
Data per energy star test results or equivalent testing and calculation. Heat rejection based on daily averages, not continuous operation. Performance exceeds energy star requirements.

Product FAQ
What makes this model ADA-compliant, left-hinged, and glass-doored?
This specialized unit features a lower overall height profile to fit beneath ADA-compliant counters, a factory-installed left-hinged swing configuration to accommodate strict layout constraints, and a high-visibility glass door for quick inventory audits without thermal disruption.
What does NSF/ANSI 456 certification mean for this vaccine refrigerator?
NSF/ANSI 456 is the rigorous standard for vaccine storage units. This certification guarantees that the refrigerator and freezer maintain strict temperature performance, uniformity, and stability required by the CDC for safe vaccine storage.
Can this unit be built into cabinetry or counters?
Yes. The front-breathing, undercounter built-in design allows the unit to fit seamlessly beneath standard or lower counters without requiring the side or rear ventilation clearances demanded by standard freestanding models.
What temperature monitoring features are included?
The unit features independent microprocessor controllers, digital temperature displays, and a robust alarm suite with audible and visual high/low-temperature alerts, open-door warnings, and remote alarm contacts. It includes NIST-traceable calibration with sample-simulated buffered probes.
What is the warranty coverage?
It is backed by a standard parts and labor warranty, along with extended compressor coverage to ensure long-term clinical reliability.
Shipping FAQ
How is this undercounter medical refrigerator shipped?
To prevent transit damage to the glass door, sensitive internal cooling components, and precise digital electronics, this unit is shipped via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight, securely palletized.
Do I need liftgate service?
Yes, liftgate service is required unless your facility has a loading dock capable of receiving a major transport vehicle, ensuring the unit is lowered safely to street level.
What should I inspect upon arrival?
Before signing the delivery slip, thoroughly inspect the glass door, exterior packaging, handles, and seals for any indication of transit-related impact.
What are the post-delivery setup steps?
Allow the refrigerator to sit completely upright in its final installation space for at least 24 hours prior to powering it on, letting all internal cooling fluids settle properly.
