Shipping FAQ
How is this commercial plasma blood freezer shipped?
Due to the heavy medical-grade construction (360 lbs product weight), specialized internal cooling systems, and sensitive chart recorder mechanisms, this upright unit is shipped via specialized LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight, securely palletized to safeguard it against transit damage.
Do I need liftgate service?
Yes, liftgate service is mandatory unless your facility features a professional commercial loading dock capable of safely receiving a transport vehicle at ground or dock level.
What should I inspect upon arrival?
Before signing the delivery receipt, thoroughly inspect the outer packaging, solid door construction, chart recorder housing, heavy-duty handles, and exterior panels for any indication of transit-related impact.
What are the post-delivery setup steps?
Allow the freezer to sit completely upright in its final installation location for at least 24 hours prior to powering it on, letting all internal compressor fluids properly settle.
