The VT65MLBIMEDADA is a 3.2 cu ft (~91 L) under-counter, ADA-compliant medical freezer designed for secure long-term storage of temperature-sensitive materials such as pharmaceuticals and vaccines. It supports a temperature range down to approximately –25 °C.
What are the key technical specifications?
• Capacity: 3.2 cu ft (~91 L)
• External dimensions: Height ~81 cm, Width ~60 cm, Depth ~60 cm; door-open depth ~115 cm
• Temperature range: approx. –12 °C to –25 °C
• Defrost type: Manual
• Interior: Three pull‐out basket drawers for organized storage
• Security/monitoring: Factory-installed keyed lock; digital thermostat; audible high/low temperature alarm; access port for external monitoring probe
• Electrical (US version): 115 V AC / 60 Hz; approx. 1.3 amps
What safety and security features are included?
Features include:
– Keyed door lock for restricted access
– Audible high/low temperature alarm to alert if storage conditions deviate
– Access port for third-party monitoring probes
– Thick insulation, magnetic door gasket and manually-defrosted system for greater temperature stability
Which environments is this unit best suited for?

Shipping FAQ
How long does shipping take after placing an order?
Standard lead time is approximately 3–5 business days once the unit is in stock.
Is international shipping available and what should I consider for Melbourne, Australia?
Yes — international shipping is available. For delivery to Melbourne, Australia consider:
• Import duties, customs clearance and GST.
• Site access: ensure doorways or lifts can accommodate approx. 60 cm width × 60 cm depth and allow front clearance of ~115 cm for full door swing.
• Electrical compatibility: The US model is rated at 115 V AC / 60 Hz — for Australia (230 V / 50 Hz), ensure you order the correct export variant or use a certified step-down transformer installed by a licensed electrician.
How is the unit packaged for transit and what site requirements should be met?
Ships boxed and palletized; unpacked footprint is ~81 cm H × ~60 cm W × ~60 cm D; door-open depth ~115 cm. Ensure the delivery path is level, firm and clear of obstructions from vehicle to installation site.
What should I do if my shipment arrives damaged or delayed?
Upon delivery inspect the outer packaging and unit for visible damage. Photograph any issues, retain the packaging and delivery receipt, and contact your supplier with your order/tracking details to initiate a freight claim or arrange replacement.
Application FAQ
How do I install and set up the VT65MLBIMEDADA?
1. Position the unit under a counter or on a firm, level indoor surface in a climate-controlled room; allow clearance behind/top and approx. 115 cm front for door opening.
2. Connect to a dedicated grounded outlet matching your region’s voltage.
3. Power on the unit, set the thermostat to the target freezer range (~–25 °C), and allow 4–6 hours for internal temperature stabilization before loading sensitive materials.
What best practices should I follow when using this freezer?
• Arrange stored items with adequate spacing on drawers to maintain airflow; avoid over-packing.
• Label contents with batch number and date/time; apply first-in/first-out (FIFO) rotation where applicable.
• Minimize door-open events to maintain consistent low temperature.
• Regularly inspect door gasket/seal, hinges/lock mechanism; ensure the unit remains level and interior is clean.
What should I do if a temperature excursion or power interruption occurs?
If internal temperature rises above or falls below target range or a power interruption occurs:
• Record the event: date/time, observed temperature deviation, and impacted contents.
• Transfer critical items to validated backup freezer storage until conditions stabilize.
• Investigate the cause (door left open, ambient load spike, power or sensor fault).
• Once stable and within the target temperature, inspect stored contents for integrity before resuming standard use.
What maintenance and verification routines are recommended?
• Monthly: Inspect door gasket/seal, hinges/lock; ensure unit remains level.
• Quarterly: Clean interior and exterior surfaces; verify thermostat/alarm and monitoring ports.
• Periodically: Review any logged temperature events (if external monitoring used), verify calibration of monitoring equipment, and maintain documented service/maintenance records for audit-compliance.
