Shipping FAQ
How long does shipping take after placing an order?
Standard shipping lead time: approximately 3–5 business days once the unit is in stock.
Is international shipping available and what should I consider for Melbourne, Australia?
Yes — international shipping is available. For Australia (Melbourne) you should consider:
• Import duties, customs clearance and GST.
• Site access: ensure doorways/elevators/corridors accommodate approx. 60 cm width × 60 cm depth and allow ~114 cm front clearance for door swing.
• Check electrical compatibility: the standard model is 115 V AC / 60 Hz — for Australia’s 230 V / 50 Hz you must order the appropriate export version or install a certified step-down transformer by a licensed electrician.
How is the unit packaged for transit and what site requirements should be met?
The unit ships boxed and palletized with an unpacked footprint of approx. 81 cm H × 60 cm W × 60 cm D; door-open depth approx. 114 cm. The delivery pathway must be level, firm, and clear from vehicle to installation space.
What should I do if my shipment arrives damaged or delayed?
On delivery, inspect the packaging and unit for visible damage, photograph any issues, retain packaging and delivery receipt, and contact your supplier promptly with your order/tracking details to initiate a freight claim or arrange replacement.
Application FAQ
How do I install and set up the VT65MLPRO?
1. Place unit upright on a firm, level indoor surface in a climate-controlled environment; leave sufficient clearance behind/above and allow roughly 114 cm in front for door opening.
2. Connect to a dedicated grounded electrical outlet matching the model’s rated spec.
3. Power on the unit and allow at least 2–4 hours for internal temperature stabilization before loading contents.
What best practices should I follow when using this freezer?
• Arrange items with space for airflow; avoid over-packing.
• Use the probe port or external monitoring rather than frequent door checks.
• Label stored content where applicable, rotate stock if necessary (first‐in/first‐out logic).
• Inspect door gasket/seal, hinges and lock; ensure unit remains level and interior surfaces are clean.
What should I do if a temperature excursion or power interruption occurs?
• Record event: date/time, observed temperature deviation, impacted contents.
• Move critical items to validated backup storage while conditions stabilize.
• Identify root cause (door open, ambient heat load, power/sensor fault).
• When stable temperatures return, verify items before resuming standard use.
What maintenance and verification routines are recommended?
• Monthly: Check door gasket/seal, hinges, lock; ensure unit remains level.
• Quarterly: Clean interior/exterior surfaces; check monitoring port, verify insulation integrity and fan (if any) performance.
• Periodically: Review any logged temperature data (if monitoring is used), verify calibration certificates and maintain service records.
