Shipping FAQ
How long does shipping take after placing an order?
Typical shipping lead time is 5–7 days when the unit is in stock and available for dispatch.
Is international shipping available and what should I consider for Melbourne, Australia?
Yes — international shipping is available. For delivery to Melbourne, Australia consider:
• Import duties, customs clearance and GST.
• Site access: confirm doorways, elevators or corridors can accommodate approx. 59 cm width × 62 cm depth and allow ~118 cm clearance for door-open.
• Electrical compatibility: This U.S. model is rated at 115 V / 60 Hz — for Australia (230 V / 50 Hz), ensure you order the correct export variant or use a certified transformer/adaptor installed by a licensed electrician.

Application FAQ
How do I install and set up the ARS6PV?
1. Place the refrigerator on a firm, level indoor surface in a climate-controlled room or under-counter space (≈83 cm height).
2. Allow sufficient ventilation clearance behind and above; ensure ~118 cm linear clearance in front for door opening.
3. Connect to a dedicated grounded outlet matching the variant purchased (115 V/60 Hz U.S. version or appropriate export variant for your region).
4. Power on the unit, set the digital controller to the target +2 °C to +8 °C range, and allow approximately 4-6 hours for the interior to stabilize before loading sensitive items.
What best practices should I follow when using this refrigerator?
• Store items on adjustable wire shelves with spacing for proper airflow; avoid over-packing which can block airflow or impact uniform cooling.
• Label stored items (batch number, date/time) and apply a first-in/first-out (FIFO) rotation system when applicable.
• Minimize door-open duration; rely on the external controller/display and monitoring ports rather than frequent door access.
• Regularly inspect the door gasket/seal, handle/lock mechanism and ensure the unit remains level and internal surfaces are kept clean.
What should I do if a temperature excursion or power outage occurs?
If the internal temperature rises above or falls below the target +2 °C to +8 °C range, or a power interruption happens:
• Record the event: date/time, temperature deviation, and impacted storage items.
• Transfer critical contents to validated backup cold storage until temperatures stabilize.
• Investigate the root cause (e.g., door left open, ambient heat load, power or sensor fault).
• Once the unit returns to stable operation within the target range, inspect stored items for integrity before resuming standard use.
What maintenance and verification routines are recommended?
• Monthly: Check door gasket/seal integrity, hinges, lock/handle, and ensure the unit remains level.
• Quarterly: Clean interior and exterior surfaces; verify ventilation/exhaust pathways and test alarms/monitoring operation.
• Periodically: Export and review min/max internal temperature logs (if data-logger is used), confirm calibration certificate remains valid, and maintain documented service/maintenance records for regulatory compliance.
