Shipping FAQ
How long does shipping take after placing an order?
Shipping times depend on stock and destination. Standard lead time is often several days; actual transit time depends on carrier and delivery location.
Is international shipping available and what should I consider for Melbourne, Australia?
Yes — international shipping can be arranged. For delivery to Melbourne, Australia you should consider:
• Import duties, customs clearance & Goods & Services Tax (GST)
• Site access and clearance: ensure doorway width, corridor or elevator clearance, floor-loading capacity
• Electrical/mains compatibility: This unit is U.S. spec 115 V AC/60 Hz — if used in Australia (230 V/50 Hz) you must verify whether an Australian-variant or suitable transformer is required.
How is the unit packaged for transit and what site requirements should be met?
The unit ships palletized with protective packaging. Approx. unpacked footprint ~85 cm H × ~60 cm W × ~60 cm D; allow extra clearance for door-swing and installation. Ensure your delivery site has a firm, level surface, sufficient entry/door clearance and proper handling equipment (e.g., pallet jack or lift) if required.
What should I do if my shipment arrives damaged or is delayed?
Upon delivery inspect the packaging and unit for visible damage or transit delay. If damage is found: photograph the condition, retain all packaging and the delivery receipt, then contact your supplier with your order/tracking details to initiate a freight claim or replacement.
Application FAQ
How do I install and set up the SCR600BGLSHADA?
1. Position the refrigerator on a firm, level surface in a temperature-controlled indoor space; ideally under-counter or in a staff kitchen environment.
2. Provide ventilation clearance behind and above the unit according to the manufacturer’s specs; ensure the door can open fully (allow ~117 cm depth with door at 90°).
3. Connect the unit to a suitably rated grounded outlet matching the electrical specification (115 V AC/60 Hz); if installing in Melbourne, check variant or transformer requirement for 230 V/50 Hz.
4. Plug in the unit, switch on, and allow several hours for internal temperature stabilization before loading product.
5. Confirm operation of the digital/analogue thermostat, interior light, door lock mechanism, and check that shelves are correctly placed and airflow is unobstructed.
What best practices should I follow when using this beverage center?
• Use the adjustable glass shelves and avoid over-packing or blocking ventilation inside—to maintain uniform temperature.
• Store bottles/items with labels visible for efficiency; shelve frequently accessed items at front to reduce door-open duration and ambient heat intrusion.
• Clean interior regularly: wipe surfaces, empty and clean spills, inspect door gaskets and seals monthly.
What maintenance routines are recommended?
• Monthly: Inspect door gasket/seal, hinges and lock condition.
• Quarterly: Clean condenser/coils and ventilation slots; ensure fan is working and airflow is unobstructed.
• Periodically: Test interior light, door mechanism, lock, temperature uniformity; record any irregularities and maintain basic logs if required.
