Product FAQ
What is the SPRF26 and what is it designed for?
The SPRF26 is a portable medical refrigerator/freezer with approximately 25 L (0.88 cu ft) capacity and external dimensions around 43 cm H × 54 cm W × 36 cm D (17″ × 21.25″ × 14.25″).
It is designed for mobile clinical or field use, including vaccine transport, specimen preservation, and outreach programs where stable refrigeration or freezing is needed on the go.
What temperature range and control features does it support?
It can operate as a refrigerator (+2 °C to +8 °C) or freezer (down to −15 °C) depending on mode selection.
A digital thermostat with external LED temperature display provides precise monitoring and adjustment.
What alarms, monitoring and security features are included?
The SPRF26 includes a factory-installed keyed lock for content security, side carry handles for mobility, and digital control display.
While it ensures reliable performance, it is intended for mobile or supplemental use, not permanent fixed-facility vaccine storage.
What construction and usability features support its application?
The unit features a hammered-aluminum interior, durable outer housing, manual-defrost operation, and power flexibility with 12 V/24 V DC vehicle connection plus 110 V AC adapter for standard outlets.
Its compact, lightweight body and shock-resistant design make it ideal for transport or small workspace use.
Shipping FAQ
What are the exterior dimensions and shipping weight?

It is appropriate for temporary or mobile use, such as vaccine outreach or sample transport, but not certified for permanent vaccine storage under NSF/ANSI 456 or equivalent standards.
What daily best practices should be followed for operation?
Monitor the internal temperature using the digital display or a calibrated data logger.
Keep contents organized for proper airflow, avoid over-packing, secure the unit during travel, and minimize lid-open time to maintain temperature stability.
What routine maintenance is recommended?
Clean interior and gaskets regularly, verify thermostat accuracy, inspect handles and wiring connections, check both DC and AC cables, and confirm the compressor runs smoothly during operation.
What should be done in the event of a temperature excursion or alarm?
Document the time and nature of the temperature issue, relocate contents to backup storage if necessary, identify the cause (power loss, poor airflow, door not fully closed), correct the issue, and confirm normal temperatures before reuse.
