Shipping FAQ
How long does shipping take after placing an order?
Estimated lead time is about 3–5 business days once the unit is in stock and ready for dispatch.
Is international shipping available and what should I consider for Melbourne, Australia?
Yes — international shipping is available. For delivery to Melbourne, Australia you should consider:
• Import duties, customs clearance and GST.
• Site access: ensure corridors/lifts can accommodate ~60 cm width × ~60 cm depth and ~81 cm height, and allow ~114 cm front clearance for full door opening.
• Electrical compatibility: unit rated at 115 V AC / 60 Hz (U.S. version) — for Australian 230 V / 50 Hz you must order correct export variant or install certified step-down transformer by a licensed electrician.
How is the unit packaged for transit and what site requirements should be met?
The unit ships palletized/boxed; unpacked footprint ~81 cm H × ~60 cm W × ~60 cm D; door-open depth ~114 cm. Ensure delivery path is level, firm and clear from vehicle to installation point.

Upon delivery inspect the outer packaging and unit for visible damage. Photograph any damage, retain the packaging and delivery receipt, and contact your supplier with your order/tracking details to initiate a freight claim or arrange replacement.
Application FAQ
How do I install and set up the VT65MLPROADA?
1. Place the unit upright on a firm, level indoor surface in a climate-controlled environment; allow clearance behind/above and approximately ~114 cm front clearance for full door opening.
2. Connect to a dedicated grounded outlet matching the unit’s voltage.
3. Power on the unit, set the digital thermostat, and allow several hours (typically 2–4 h) for the temperature to stabilize before loading sensitive materials.
What best practices should I follow when using this freezer?
• Use the clear basket drawers and ensure items are spaced for airflow; avoid over-packing the interior which can affect recovery performance.
• Label stored items (batch number, date/time) and apply first-in/first-out (FIFO) rotation if applicable.
• Minimize door-open duration; rely on external monitoring where possible.
• Regularly inspect door gasket/seal, hinges and lock; keep the unit level and clean interior surfaces.
What should I do if a temperature excursion or power interruption occurs?
If internal temperature falls below or rises above target (-12 °C to -25 °C) or a power interruption occurs:
• Record the event: date/time, observed temperature, and impacted contents.
• Transfer critical materials to validated backup storage until conditions stabilize.
• Investigate root cause (door left open, ambient heat load, power/sensor fault).
• Once temperatures return to stable target range, inspect contents for integrity before resuming routine use.
What maintenance and verification routines are recommended?
• Monthly: Check door gasket/seal, hinges and lock; ensure unit remains level.
• Quarterly: Clean interior/exterior surfaces; verify drawers slide freely, inspect insulation, check the manual defrost path, test monitoring port/thermostat function.
• Periodically: Download or record temperature logs (if supported), verify calibration certificates and keep documented service/maintenance records for compliance.
