Product FAQ
Shipping FAQ
How long does shipping take after placing an order?
Typical shipping dispatch when in stock is within a few business days; actual freight transit will depend on the destination and carrier.
Is international shipping available and what should I consider for Melbourne, Australia?
Yes — international shipping can be arranged. For delivery to Melbourne, Australia you should consider:
• Import duties, customs clearance and Goods & Services Tax (GST).
• Site access: doorway width, corridor/elevator clearance, and floor-loading capacity for the palletized unit.
• Electrical compatibility: This unit is specified for 115 V AC/60 Hz (U.S. version). If used in Australia (230 V/50 Hz), ensure you order a compatible variant or use a suitable transformer/voltage conversion and verify plug type.
How is the unit packaged for transit and what site requirements should be met?
The unit ships palletized with protective packaging. Approx. unpacked footprint: ~85 cm H × ~60 cm W × ~60 cm D; allow depth ~117 cm for door-open clearance. Ensure your delivery site has a firm, level surface, sufficient entry/door clearance and handling equipment (pallet jack or lift) if needed.
What should I do if my shipment arrives damaged or is delayed?
Upon delivery inspect the packaging and unit for visible damage or signs of transit delay. If damage is found: document via photographs, retain packaging and delivery receipt, then contact your supplier with your order/tracking details to initiate a freight claim or replacement.
Application FAQ
How do I install and set up the SCR600BGLSH?
1. Position the unit upright on a firm, level surface in a climate-controlled indoor space; allow clearance behind and above for ventilation and ensure door swing and front-clearance (~117 cm) is unobstructed.
2. Connect to a dedicated grounded outlet matching the unit’s specification (115 V AC/60 Hz). For Australian installations, verify correct variant or suitable voltage conversion.
3. Plug in and power on the unit. Set the dial thermostat (internal) to your desired beverage display temperature and allow a few hours for internal temperature stabilization before loading product.
4. Verify that the interior light works, door lock engages properly, shelves are correctly arranged for your bottle/can layout, and that airflow is unobstructed.
What best practices should I follow when using this beverage center?
• Load beverages in a layout that avoids overfilling or blocking airflow; use adjustable shelves to optimize bottle or can orientation.
• Label stock where required (e.g., expiry, batch) and keep the door closed when not loading to maintain stable internal temperature.
• Regularly inspect door gasket/seal, handle/lock mechanism, and clear any dust from behind or under the cabinet to maintain cooling performance.
What should I do if a temperature excursion or power interruption occurs?
If the internal temperature rises above or falls below your set range, or if a power interruption occurs:
• Record the event: date/time, observed temperature, impacted contents.
• Relocate critical contents (beverages) to validated backup refrigeration until conditions stabilize.
• Investigate the root cause (door left open, ambient heat load, power/sensor fault).
• Once the unit returns to stable internal temperature and functionality, verify contents before returning them to routine storage.
What maintenance and verification routines are recommended?
• Monthly: Inspect door gasket/seal, hinges, handle/lock for wear or damage; ensure unit remains level.
• Quarterly: Clean condenser/coils (if accessible), clear ventilation openings, check fan operation and dust accumulation; ensure interior lighting and thermostat dial remains accurate.
• Periodically: Maintain service/calibration logs, record any alarm or performance events, and review stock management records for traceability.
